Shipping and Returns Policy


1. Lumos Apparel offers shipping within Nepal.

2. Delivery time within Kathmandu Valley is estimated to be 1-3 business days.

3. Delivery time for locations outside Kathmandu Valley is estimated to be 5-7 business days.

4. Lumos Apparel will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery; however, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.


1. Lumos Apparel accepts returns only in the case of damaged items.

2. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.

3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details and a description of the damage.

4. Lumos Apparel reserves the right to request supporting evidence, such as photographs, to verify the damage before authorizing a return.

5. If the return is approved, Lumos Apparel will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item.

6. Returned items must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

7. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Lumos Apparel will issue a refund or provide a replacement, based on product availability and customer preference.

8. Lumos Apparel does not accept returns or provide refunds for items due to a change of mind or size.
